Our Story
Rock and Roll Construction LLC began with a young man and a mentor who believed in him. Ricardo Harrell was just 20 years old when Eric, a seasoned tradesman, saw his potential and decided to invest in his future. Eric did not just hand him a job. He taught Ricardo responsibility, discipline, and how to plan ahead. For four years they worked side by side, and in that time Ricardo learned how to think, how to grow, and how to lead.
Then one day Eric told him, “Ricardo, you need to start your own construction business.” That advice changed his life. Founded in 2004 as Propainting, the company started as a painting and drywall business in Hallsville, Missouri, and that craft is still the foundation everything else was built on. The road was not always easy, but Ricardo pushed through the hard times and grew into the strong, resilient owner he is today. With more than 25 years in the trades, he has completed over 300 projects for residential and commercial clients across Columbia, Jefferson City, Fulton, and surrounding areas, always with the same honest pricing and clean work he started with.
